Professor Bart Frijns is a Professor of Finance at the Open Universiteit in the Netherlands, an Honorary Adjunct Academic at the Auckland University of Technology, and an Honorary Fellow of the Auckland Centre for Financial Research. He is Editor of Journal of Futures Markets and Applied Finance Letters, and an editorial board member of the Global Finance Journal. He conduct empirical research on a broad range of topics, from corporate finance to financial econometrics. He published papers in Journal of Banking & Finance, Journal of Corporate Finance , Journal of Empirical Finance, Global Finance Journal and Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization.
